Licensed Composting Facility:
EMU Topsoil is a licensed composting facility for Kitsap County in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 173-350 of the Washington Admin Code (WAC).

This designation allows EMU Topsoil to accept from local home owners and businesses their yard waste and organic composting materials. This option significantly reduces the need to burn or dump these materials.
